- These experiences are connected in some way with a scam and a slanderous mark upon a reputation.

- Hall shipped out to Vietnam connected to joining in an unfavorable consequence connected to a hidden part of the self that is connected to using charm that leads to an unpleasant outcome in some way.
F3: I [spent more than two of those years] out on the Nellis gunnery ranges as the range weather observer.
R3: Sir ray slow-booked the dome maps.

- An official military record connected to a ray (Perhaps radiation?) of some kind was connected to a dome of some kind that looks to have been connected to slowly mapping something. Brain mapping? Not sure what dome is meant here, but one context in RS I’ve discovered is that it’s used like the word arena, or a place where many are watching a main event. Dome could also be referring to the cranium, or skull housing the brain. There are weapons systems with the word dome in them as well. If anyone recognizes what the use of dome is in this military experimentation use here, plz comment because I keep hearing it used in the Reverse Speech of military people to include in General Flynn. Also, worth remembering is that the information coming out in our Reverse Speech may or may not be consciously known by the person it’s coming from. - Commenting on forward speech of being contained at Nellis Air Force Base range, the mountain on the East that exists (possibly might even be indicating a location inside the mountain from the forward where the reversal was found saying “is in the mountain”) is connected to a place where there is an arm of an elite principal center, and/or a place that is embraced as a principal elite center in some way.
F5: We went to [school in California.]
R5: I now fuck nudes.

- Connected to school in California, damage is done connected to being exposed and not liking it; being uncomfortable; being oppressed, being fearful, inhibited; being shut down emotionally.

- The decision of picking may be connected to a measure of fuel or energy in some way, or could also be a nod to gas-lighting, a form psychological manipulation.
F7: And that one observer would just be sent all the time and be the range weather ob [server win lose or draw.]

- Argos supported Sparta in a land war, The Peloponnesian War, and is currently the name of a global tracking satellite system. The reversal was found in “server win, lose, or draw” so the reversal may mean the experience Mr. Hall is having may be connected to supporting war for a particular spiritual belief that determines behavior.
F8: [The alien base is actually i]n Area 54
R8: I get shy to see an alien.

- Mr. Hall does appear to get scared to see aliens connected to the alien base he’s referring to in his forward speech. Also, reversals I’ve found indicate an “alien” is likely to be a body of some type, that is interfaced with artificial intelligence.
F9: The alien base is actually i[n Area 54]
R9: A Worf fleet drift her urine.

- Area 54 is connected to a violent ET character who’s connected to a group of ships sailing together, engaged in the same activity, or under the same ownership that gradually moves/spreads waste/filth, or perhaps slowly spreads disrespect if the meaning of urine is similar to the definition for piss.
F10: If I took anyone else out with me, I wouldn’t be in any trouble but the person with me might be shot. [Uh they would be in serious trouble.]
R10: War parts the hearse. Snake the weather.
F = 0:05:22 to 0:05:32, R = 0:05:30 to 0:05:32
- Being in serious trouble is connected to war and whether or not someone would die is connected to a condition of deception. Deception might also connect with weather in some way regarding what Mr. Hall was really there for since he was told his job on the range was as a weatherman.
F11: where the Nellis base commander and the number two man [had also come in to deliver] the orders which they had received from the Pentagon.
R11: The village name muck this order.

- Regarding the orders delivered, the name of the neighborhood they were in or area they were in was the area of orders that had been spoiled in some way. So, perhaps the general circumstances that were in operation surrounding these orders is being called into question here as to their legitimacy? Unlawful orders?
F12: [The uh major the g,] the MPs escorted the Major with my orders in hand over to the weather station.
R12: You’ve been cursed in, men.
F = 0:06:08 to 0:06:15, R = 0:06:08 to 0:06:10
- The major men associated with him on this project who have cut these questionable orders appear to have involved Mr. Hall in a project that is cursed or very dark in some way. So, it sounds as if instead of saying the men read Mr. Hall into the project, that he was cursed into it, or became cursed by being in the project in some way. This project looks to have been an experiemental project under the MK Ultra umbrella as we’ll see below in R16. If true, it’s likely Mr. Hall has been MK-ed or subjected to a torture protocol with mind control as an aim that he’s unaware of.
F13: The uh major the g, the MPs escorted the [Major with my orders] in hand over to the weather station.
R13: And the pseudo ramp though her skin.

- There is a false ramping up of something within protection, or within a certain parameter of protection.

- A group of people in the military appear to have locked in or set up a particular pattern of behavior connected to shame and our country.

R15: In the past he lied a bit. In the past, the tuning in lays the Germans, a red fate, a wet fate.

- Emergency communication is connected to lying in the past, Germans tuning in, Anger and/or communism that is connected to something sexual. (A compromise operation connected to communism?)

Dreamland is a place secured of Naomi. This might be a nod to Operation MkNaomi that was an experimentation program using unwitting people for brainwashing via bio and chemical warfare. So, if true, this begs the question as to whether Mr. Hall was unwittingly being involved in a military experiment.

What’s true connected to who the “aliens” are connects with The Whore of Babylon. The Whore’s desire is to snare or entrap a part (looks to want to ensnare a part of the mind of humans) that consumes the soul so it does not operate properly, that will entrap corrupt people who are not already on-script, or programmed. These people who are ill and violent will kill others with this programming of entrapment on board, over anger and/or connected to a communist ideology. So, it is seeking out people already off balance and who have violent tendencies in order to program them. This reversal also appears to connect to another I found concerning the D-Wave, Mk-ing children connected to it, and creating rage. So, the two together seem to say that this tech is being used to program people through the use of rage in order to entrap them & use them to achieve the goals of the Whore.

This reversal appears to be incongruent because Charles Hall believes he saved the teacher’s daughter’s life, but the reversal seems to indicate that a spy gave him this experience in some way.
The owl is also known as Minerva. In RS, it means wisdom or spy. In the reversal above the context is as a spy. The US Secretary of Defense approved a MASSIVE social engineering program called The Minerva Research Initiative that was likely connected in my own Reverse Speech to what sounded like a drone overhead hitting me with an EMF, or electro-magnetic field.

- Psy appears to be short for psyop (psychological operations) considering the context of the set. Artificial Intelligence uses feed-back loops to learn. So there looks to be a psyop connected to artificial intelligence connected to the “female alien” asking questions that are common when starting a conversation while with her children. This R28 reversal seems to help explain the dissociation and inauthentic event in R27. So training an Ai seems to be connected to what appears to be military nonconsensual experimentation.
- Computer Loops are, “…control structures used to repeat a given section of code a certain number of times or until a particular condition is met.”
F30: [And she said, is it ok if the] children look in my weather shack while I took my report.
R30: The fake weather see the siege net.

- This reversal seems to be connecting fake weather in some way with an entrapment network that is a siege, or “military operation in which enemy forces surround a town or building, cutting off essential supplies, with the aim of compelling the surrender of those inside.”
- This may pertain to Mr. Hall having been set up by military intelligence for human nonconsensual experimentation for a fake weather job, and/or it could be commenting on a larger population.
F31: And she took off running towards the [Northeast corner of the Range 3 Lounge.]
R31: Sneer with her Nazi thrown.

- R18 is connected to this because Mr. Hall is retelling the same story of a little alien girl he believes he saved on the Nellis Air Force Base Gunnery Range from a different documentary. So, R18 indicates that a spy gave Mr. Hall this experience in some way and this reversal, R30 seems to indicate that the NE corner of the Range 3 Lounge at Nellis AFB is connected with a contemptuous Nazi Stronghold. And, the definition for Nazi in RS is, “evil, domination, to dictate one’s will, to conquest.”
Conclusion:
Very interesting Reverse Speech Analysis. Charles Hall currently has a new documentary on Amazon Prime called Walking with the Tall Whites that’s been viewed half a million times that’s still spreading the information as he currently understands it. He believes he interacted with space aliens for two years at Nellis AFB in Nevada.
A note about Nellis. I found a reversal from Dick Cheney’s interview on Meet the Press about 911 indicating a connection between the unaccounted for airplanes on 9/11/2001 and Nellis AFB that was significant that I will include here. The conclusion will continue below the video.
F5: Cheney- [So then we had 3 planes accounted for, but we still had 3 outstanding.]

– 911 missing planes are connected to a secluded place connected to Nellis, likely Nellis AFB, and the fate of death is connected to Nellis and death of news in some way.
Mr. Hall’s RS reveals a very different story than in his forward speech. What is Reverse Speech??????? Written Format
Reverse Speech comes from the same place our dreams come from. It is natural to humans and was discovered by David Oates over thirty years ago. In his research, David found out that we actually learn to speak in reverse before we learn to speak forward. We start speaking in reverse at the age of about 4 months old.

Our Reverse Speech is always true. It comes from what is programmed into our subconscious and also comes from higher self, and above. Because of this, it’s a very useful tool to be able to use on people as a lie detector.
David used it at the request of the police in one case. He analyzed a police interrogation with a suspect. They asked him where he hid the weapon, and the suspect claimed to be innocent, but in reverse, he said the weapon was in the basement, and that is right where the police found it. Many police are using this now in the U.S.
Some other things he has found recently have been that Hillary Clinton as said twice now in reversals that David has found that she does have and illness and when Bill was on Charlie Rose the other night saying that she’s healthy and that she only gets dehydrated, in reverse he said, “She’s toast.” More recently though, David has found two different reversals saying that she is now well. And, even more recently in India, she has fallen down the stairs again. We’ll keep listening… Wonder what on Earth is going on there? Mystery ensues, hey?
David even found the code word from Desert Storm back in the 80s that Cheney, Bush, and Rumsfeld and that bunch kept saying that was showing up in their Reverse Speech about 3 months BEFORE they told the public about Desert Storm.

Ok, now for the therapeutic use of Reverse Speech… If you know about Swiss Psychiatrist, Carl Jung, he discovered that our dreams are metaphors and that one of the ways we create our reality is to use these metaphors that have been passed down to us historically and individually.
Jung said that we would not exist without these metaphors. And, it just so happens that the same metaphors found in our dreams show up around the world in peoples’ Reverse Speech regardless of what language they speak.
So, when we do a Reverse Speech session, we find out by talking forward about the things we are concerned about and how they feel and what we think is going on, then we analyze them in reverse to find out what metaphors are being given to us about those things that are troubling to us.
Normally, during the session, we will find one or more unhealthy metaphors in our subconscious that we can then restructure into HEALTHY metaphors by a process of guided visualization/hypnosis to retrain the subconscious to dismantle the unhealthy metaphor and replace it with the healthy one.

Our Universal and higher selves, our subconscious and unconscious minds are speaking to us all the time in synchronicities, telepathic phrases we hear in our heads, being energetically pulled to put our attention on something important… They speak to us when we are in altered states such as being under hypnosis, or in our dreams. They speak to us in symbols and metaphors, and many other ways that we are only just beginning to understand.
One other way this is done is within the context of Reverse Speech. Before being born here, we may exist outside of time. If true, one would not be surprised to find that humans naturally speak forward and backward at the same time from different levels of consciousness in order to both communicate and provide guidance and/or information to ourselves and others in a beautiful display of our true multidimensional nature that reflects how we ACTUALLY exist unbeknownst to us before.
Now that is multitasking that is really impressive, and I DO love it because it begs the question, “Who and what must we really be in order to be able to do all of that fancy footwork?” This is the most exciting question I think I’ve ever thought about and for me is full with emotion because it seems we are finally moving into a phase of being able to answer this question properly for once, meaning humanity has the opportunity now to tangibly FEEL our human potential unlocking that before seemed so far away and impossible to reach.
One thing that now appears innate to human beings due to the discovery and decades of study of reverse speech by David Oates is that we learn to speak backward long before we ever learn to speak forward.
We can hear Reverse Speech phenomena by recording the forward, more overt, conscious speech, then play the recording backward in order to be able to hear the more covert, unconscious reverse speech that comments on what is being said forward. These speech reversals are received and understood on a subtle, unconscious level during normal conversation.
The left brain creates linear forward verbal speech while reversals will tend to come from the relaxed, emotional speech that emanates from the more artistic, metaphorical, enigmatic right side of the brain.
